YIKAT APP PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE: This Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK").

2. DATA CONTROLLER: Your personal data is processed by the developer of the Yikat platform in accordance with the KVKK provisions.

3. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA: Identity Information, Contact Information (E-mail, phone), Location Information, Business Information, Transaction Information and Device Information are collected.

4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING DATA: User registration, service presentation, logistics processes, fulfillment of security and legal obligations.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA: Due to the nature of the transaction, it can be transferred between the parties, to payment institutions or legal authorities.

YIKAT MOBILE APP TERMS OF SERVICE AND USER AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS: This agreement regulates the rights between customers receiving services via Yikat and service providers.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE: Yikat is an "Intermediary Service Provider".

3. USER OBLIGATIONS: The accuracy of registration information and account security are the responsibility of the user.

4. PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS: Accurate document submission and provision of the service with professional care are mandatory.

5. PRICING: Yikat is currently a free platform. Paid models may be introduced in the future.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The app design and all content rights belong to Yikat.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Platform is not responsible for interruptions beyond our control.

8. TERMINATION: Parties may terminate their membership at any time.
